Remove Hosking and Hawkesby from Newstalk ZB. 5550 have signed in 3 days!

The issue

To the CEO of NZME,

We the undersigned ask you to remove Hosking and Hawkesby immediately from News Talk ZB.

Their reporting on the Civil Defence warnings of the impending cyclone Gabrielle was misleading, irresponsible, dangerous and mistaken.  These reports to vulnerable communities could have led to a false sense of security to these communities.

Hosking and Hawkesby must be removed, as their continual misinformation and ridicule is detrimental to community wellbeing.
