BEFORE ASKING FOR ANOTHER TERM, WE DESERVE ANSWERS

As the Board election approaches, the community has some serious questions to ask before giving a current Board member another term.
School started on August 4. The Board knew about the scheduling concerns from the beginning. Yet here we are on September 10, five weeks and two days later, and students and families have continued to deal with the lack of a proper schedule.
Why was this allowed to continue for so long?
What did the Board actually do to solve the problem?
When parents and teachers raised concerns about how teachers were being treated, what did the Board do to address those concerns?
When families sent emails about serious problems, were those concerns actually addressed, or did families simply receive generic responses without real solutions?
How many problems did the Board actually solve during this term?
What changed because of the concerns brought to the Board?
And most importantly:
What has this Board member accomplished during his current term that should make the community trust him with another one?
Serving on the Board is about more than answering emails. It is about listening, taking action, solving problems, and holding leadership accountable.
Before voting, the community deserves to look at the record and ask:
Did we see leadership when it was needed? Did we see accountability when problems were raised? Did we see meaningful solutions?
Trust is earned through action, not another promise to do better.
Our students deserve better.
