gain all rights and any franchise from Sierra Interactive, or whoever owns the rights etc. If the above is not possible go to a judge that can rule the game as being abandonware and legally giving rights to my company what needs to be upgraded/changed in the game: - more varied weapons - better AI and pathing - fix time system between abilities - enhance or be able to build up more 'energy' to use time altering ability for longer periods. - more NPC's and enemies - add some plane/chopper/etc. options to steal some and use them, possibly a dog fight or something more. - more areas to explore and add a proper ending or keep current and starting storyline of sequel game. - refine animations, graphics in general, textures - update as many meshes as possible - more vehicle usage, driving, jetpack, swimming, submersible, more usage of aircraft. - expand game to include side missions - achievements - upgrade armor and weapons (if it can be fit properly into the game contextually)? - after bringing the game up to date, start working or trying to work on a sequel. update: have sent a letter asking Saber (which seems to be still operating on some level) about the rights to Timeshift... doubt that they will give up the full rights to the game so easily or without a huge amount of money, which i or my company do not currently have. we wait for their response for the time being.
