Dr. Rudolph has submitted a letter of resignation to the District, citing a "health scare" as the reason for his resignation.

But we know there's more to the story he is not telling us.

Dr. Rudolph and his mentor Peter Gorman have funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars our children's education money towards their friends and associates.  We must not allow him to avoid accountability for his actions.

Please email the new Interim Superintendent and the MVWSD Trustees to insist on the following terms for his resignation:

• No severance compensation or retirement benefits of any kind.
• No forgiveness of his $1.6M home loan; immediate re-payment required.
• No immunity from future legal action.
• Immediate forfeiture of his access to district office and electronic accounts.

Additionally, please ask the Trustees for full transparency on any findings of wrongdoing by Dr. Rudolph.   The community deserves to know the truth.
