In the shadow of the upcoming FCMAT Extraordinary Audit- an audit specifically intended to investigate fraud and illegal fiscal practices - Dr. Rudolph has taken a voluntary leave-of-absence, with no explanation given to the public.

In the meantime, parent researchers have uncovered that Dr. Rudolph and his mentor Peter Gorman are directly connected to two corrupt companies (SUPES Academy and PROACT) which were convicted of fraud/bribery/kickback schemes in 2015, in relation to overpriced leadership coaching contracts.

Dr. Rudolph was placed in our district by PROACT (a Superintendent "talent search" firm) in 2015, and Peter Gorman was managing director of SUPES Academy (after it was rebranded as "National Superintendent's Academy."  

PROACT and SUPES were sister companies convicted of collusion schemes where PROACT would place hand-picked Superintendents into school districts and then get them to sign up for overpriced "executive coaching" services via SUPES.

The MVWSD Board has now appointed an Interim Superintendent - Dr. Kevin Skelly - during Dr. Rudolph's absence.

NOW IS THE TIME TO ASK FOR CHANGE AND TO TAKE OUR SCHOOLS BACK FROM NINE YEARS OF CORRUPT LEADERSHIP.
