The Issue

My heart aches for Charlie Kirk and his family. However, Tyler Robinson, is made in the image of God. There are people asking for Tyler to receive the death penalty. As a follower Christ I believe in the teachings of Jesus Christ, I am committed to promoting love and forgiveness even though it is so difficult. Matthew 5:44 calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Jesus, himself, exemplified this when he asked for forgiveness for his executioners, as depicted in Luke 23:34-46.

How much more powerful will our message be as followers of Jesus Christ, if we’re able to forgive and show undeserving love to the person who took Charlie Kirk away from his wife and kids, his nation, and his fellow believers. Let us come together and pray for Tyler’s soul and forgiveness.

Jesus Christ compels us to reflect on the profound power of redemption, compassion, and the possibility of transformation. By advocating for the removal of the death penalty from his trial, we're not only opening the door for Tyler's redemption but also affirming our commitment to love and mercy.

Collectively, through our petition, we can make a stand for compassion and mercy. Let us join our hearts and voices to pray and advocate for Tyler's opportunity at redemption, in alignment with the teachings of forgiveness and love.

Sign this petition to influence a decision that reflects our shared values of empathy and grace. Join me in calling for the removal of the death penalty from Tyler Robinson’s trial, replacing death with mercy, and anger with love.
