This petition is deeply personal. I, like many others, have witnessed an injustice that deeply affects our beloved Shark Tank investor, Al "Bubba" Baker and his family. Daymond John, another investor on the same platform, allegedly scammed Bubba Baker out of his hard-earned money then callously filed a restraining order against him and his family in an attempt to evade accountability for his deceitful actions. This egregious behavior is a clear violation of the trust placed in him by viewers and participants of Shark Tank and must not go unchecked.

Daymond John's alleged fraudulence tarnishes the reputation of the show we value and the entrepreneurial spirit it endeavors to foster. It is incumbent upon us to ensure that all investors maintain a strong ethical foundation and do not exploit their position for personal gain. By continuing to allow Daymond John to serve as an investor, Shark Tank is sending a concerning message that it condones such deceitful practices.

We urge the producers and relevant authorities to investigate these allegations against Daymond John. We believe that someone who has displayed such a lack of integrity has no place in a position of power on a show that seeks to empower and uplift budding entrepreneurs. Such actions are not merely unacceptable, but also serve to undermine both the spirit of entrepreneurship and the faith of viewers.

We demand justice be served and that Daymond John be removed from his investor role on Shark Tank immediately.
