Christel Swinehart-Arnogast, the current principal at Keller Elementary School, has not been adhering to the established rules and regulations that are necessary for the proper functioning of an educational institution. Her inappropriate methods of punishing students and unfair treatment towards children and their parents have raised significant concerns. There have been instances where she has failed to uphold the principles of truth, resorting to fabrications about completing reports. Even more alarmingly, she has not taken necessary measures to safeguard the students against bullying at the school, thereby ignoring the emotional and mental well-being of our children. This lack of ethical leadership and failure to deliver on her commitments have led to an environment that is not conducive to the child's growth and development. We have to prioritize the safety and emotional health of our children over everything else, and this begins with a demand for ethical leadership and a responsible administration at Keller Elementary School.
