The Inglewood Unified School District,  Chief of Police Martin Sissac has been intentionally putting innocent minor school age children lives in danger daily.  He is running more than 12+ local schools in the Inglewood,  CA community, and he doesn't have sufficient Safety Assistants to maintain the school campuses to safely protect our children.

For an example,  he is allowing 1 Safety Assistant at all schools when 2 minimum are needed & this kind of repeated negligence poses a serious risk to our minor children getting placed in danger at dismissal times, also in the mornings when school sessions are about to begin, etc.  Parents have been complaining constantly, and this Chief doesn't act to benefit our parents, and our community. 

It also appears he doesn't even listen to his own Safety Assistants that work under his supervision.  Employed school security employees requested several times to Martin Sissac in person, thus by phone to hire more Safety Assistants,  and he refuses constantly.  

Despite all this, Mr. Martin Sissac behaves rather incompetent,  and acts verbally abusive to his own Safety Assistants. Instead of him hiring more help to protect our schools, he increases his police department heads salaries. 

We need to vote to get him out of here!! He does not know what he is doing while holding his school police title, and he is allowing dangerous things to happen deliberately on, and off school campuses. 

Today, on January 5, 2024 at Centinela Elementary School,  Inglewood CA there was a possible child kidnapping  at dismissal because there was no crossing guard, and there was only 1 security Safety Assistant handling another emergency on duty, when the school normally has two minimum Safety Assistants there at all times. 

Under this Chief's watch, he is hiring none experienced security guards formally known as Safety Assistants.  There is inappropriate things happening at many schools where there is no female security supervision. Female children are being violated by other students jumping over their bathroom stalls to look at other female children using the restroom.

Female student's are being touched inappropriately by other students while being at school. Female students are smoking in the girls bathrooms. All this is happening under the supervision of Martin Sissac,  and his Liuentent Gualden Harron for failing to hire more female & male experienced Safety Assistants.  

At, Woodworth Monroe TK, November 2023 a male Safety Assistant negligently hit a  child by driving a unsafe speed, he hit this student by running them over with a golf cart used by a Safety assistant,  and this child had to be rushed to the emergency room, and this Chief wanted him to return after he quit to work at another location.  

This Chief needs to be investigated! He also rewrites the incident reports from his safety assistants to shift liability off the school district to keep his salary by writing to cover up all school campus serious matters.
