We are asking that the Governor, Mayor, all Council Official, ASPCA, United States Humane Society remove and investigate the abuse and brutality of carriage horses in New York City. A carriage horse was brutality assaulted by the workers in Central Park on Saturday when it collapsed. This is outrageous and we are asking everyone no matter where you live to sign the petition to remove the carriage horses off New York City streets and send them rescue or conservations where they are protected.
