I am writing this petition with a heavy and urgent heart, driven by personal pain and concern for many others who might be suffering in silence. The TikTok account under the username 'Brandilynette.02(Brandiwithaneye) and Brandi Lynette on Facebook' is a glaring example of a platform being misused for harming others. Bullies cause people mental health issues, and lead to suicide of many individuals. 

Brandilynette.02(Brandiwithaneye) on TIKTOK and Brandi Lynette on Facebook has made it her mission to stalk, harass, and demean women whom she has never even met. Her entire social media presence seems bound on this destructive pursuit, where no positive outcome could possibly arise. This platform, TikTok and Facebook promise to be a safe space for creativity and joy. However, Brandilynette.02’s(Brandiwithaneye) on tiktok and Brandi Lynnette(on Facebook)content stands contrary to these values, primarily consisting of bullying and demeaning other people. 

Here's a stark reminder from TikTok's community guidelines which state, "Do not post content that humiliates, intimidates, or threatens individuals." By allowing Brandilynette.02(Brandiwithaneye) and Brandi Lynette on Facebook to continue on this platform, TikTok itself stands in violation of its stated mission to foster a supportive community. There is clear evidence in her content where targeted attacks and effective intimidation plot against countless victims. 

We urge TikTok to take definitive action against this user. Removing her account will not only halt the ongoing harm but also reinforce TikTok’s commitment to protect its users from bullying. The solution is clear, actionable, and within TikTok's capability—enforce your own guidelines and remove the harmful content by banning Brandilynette.02.

Everyone deserves to use social media without the fear of being targeted or demeaned. This is a plea for digital safety and respect—a call for TikTok to uphold the integrity it promises.
