The people of Lexington Kentucky are asking for removal of Bernardo Acosta Jr. from UGE Lexington airport. He is the General Manager of UGE Lexington Kentucky location. The people have had enough of his management. He gets away with retaliation of employees for voicing concerns and issues at work. He has a law suit and EEOC out against him. He makes employees non rehire, once they leave, which means they can’t get a job in the future with the company. He likes to threaten employees with points to come back to work when they are sick. Since he has been manager of this location people seem to not be staying for various of reason and higher up management lets him get away with it, even when all the employees have came forward to tell their experience with his management skills with them.  His boss and him are stating that employees don’t want to work and that’s why they leaving, that’s not the case. Lots of them will come back if he’s gone. We asking for UGE to find him another location because Lexington Kentucky don’t want him. The airline industry can be a stressful job at times, so we don’t need more stress from management to have so many people quitting. This Petition is  for those people that have worked with Bernardo and have been retaliated against and wronged and can share their experience with others about the kind of person he is.
