Dear Sir/Madam,

Not even single Maintenance work(like watering a plants, Parks maintenance, roads asphalt, empty sites cleaning)is done in BDA layouts of a Bengaluru and heard that same in other layouts likE Anjanapura.

Now tell me the reason why we have to pay maintenance fee?

Which section of Bylaw of BDA talks about this?

Please remove this draconian amount from tax!!!

Reimburse amount already paid or adjust the same with next Tax payments.

 

As a concerned citizen and Bda resident, I need to know before paying the Maintenance charges.
