The disc golf course located in Eastview Park, North Vancouver British Columbia Canada presents many negative neighborhood impacts:

1. Risk of injury to pedestrians and pets
2. Significant environmental damage
3. Discontinued or dramatically reduced park use by local residents, long term care facility residents, preschool daycare attendees, elementary school students and teachers
4. aggressive player behaviour (from a minority of players, but who are playing many times per week)
5. Public alcohol and THC product consumption and cigarette smoking (contrary to posted signs)
6. Public urination and defecation despite provision of a permanent portable toilet 

Please help this effort to convince City of North Vancouver Council to remove and relocate this disc golf course to a more appropriate location on the North Shore.
