As people say you have to take the good with the bad. I am a believer in that but also does the bad outweigh the good plays a factor in that saying.
Kainga ora finally kicking out a lot of disruptive tenants from their housing blocks. Good but could it have been prevented? Absolutely. Fair but firm? Do they know the people they are housing have underlying issues and are not a normal part of society? What world do they live in. What good does kicking people out do? Kainga ora should've added an essential programme that tennants have to agree to before moving into 1 of these homes to function properly around hard working citizens.
That's why I say kainga ora as a whole sill needs to be torn down and created into a new progressive program for these tenants that clearly have issues from being homeless or have no healing to their inner child yet.
