It's crucial that our legislators and policy makers act swiftly to overturn this decision, and enact robust frameworks to prevent the production and distribution of AI-generated content that exploits children. We have to reaffirm that all forms of child exploitation—whether in the real world or the digital one—are abhorrent and illegal. We urge Congress and the judicial system to recognize the severe implications of this decision and to act with urgency to protect our children. We need a clear legal stance that prioritizes and respects children's rights unequivocally.
