The North Thurston district has spent 4.5 million dollars on installing new cameras that scan students' faces and run them through AI to better track and identify them. They have not received consent from parents or guardians, nor have they even informed them that there are now off-brand Flock cameras in their children's school. This is not just an NTHS issue; all of the schools in our district have these cameras. End mass surveillance.
