Do not get me wrong! I love Steam, but if I ever meet the person who had the final approval over allowing adults-only video games on the platform, I am probably going to call them a poopy-head and stick my tongue out at them. Those nasty abuse simulators and clickbait scams featuring swimsuit models and underage cartoon characters are destroying lives by alienating unsuspecting victims (or even willing participants who may or may not know what they are getting themselves into) and upending the video game industry, driving people away from their favorite websites or brick-and-mortar game shops. No one wants to talk about why there is an action figure in a glass jar or a lewd videogame in a platinum frame above the doorstep, either. Weird stuff. Take a breather. Drink some water. Get some sunlight. It is okay! The world is not ending. People are just getting away with being rude and outright obscene because the authorities are tired of it. This petition can be fuel to the flame and restore the faith of many. Share it lightly, and offer those dear to you condolences. We are not outnumbered. We just have soul left to give. God bless.
