Fire Adam Mosseri as the head of Instagram. Millions of people, including myself and many others, have found their accounts wrongfully disabled with no reason or warning. This isn't the experience we signed up for when we joined Instagram.

This issue impacts daily life for those who rely on Instagram not just as a social media platform, but also as a means of income and connection. I've been personally affected by this unjust disabling, and it felt like being robbed of my voice, my business, and my community without any explanation.

Having our accounts disabled feels like losing access to an essential service. To date, Adam Mosseri has not publicly addressed these mass account disablings, nor has he offered any apologies to the users affected. This shows a lack of leadership and responsibility.

The constant rollout of updates means little if the core user experience continues to be tainted with such issues. What we need is leadership that actually cares about the people who use the platform daily.

Under Mosseri’s tenure, these problems have grown, yet he remains silent. It’s time for Instagram to appoint a leader who will prioritize users' rights and ensure fair treatment. This change is necessary for restoring trust in the platform.
