The cannabis industry in Colorado has taken a huge hit ever since the laws were passed forcing buyers to limit their purchases on the Recreational and the Medical side. The main focus of the limitation was to curb the over selling of cannabis to out of state customers. All of the bordering states of Colorado have begun their ventures into cannabis and now the limitations are only harming the people of Colorado, who actually need their cannabis, like so many cancer patients, the people with glaucoma and Crohn's disease. The people deserve to have their cannabis that they voted for 11 years ago, without limitations, quite like the alcohol industry, that thrives to this day. We propose that a repeal be done for the limitation of cannabis sales in Colorado and that the limit be completely erased so that the people of Colorado can have peace of mind and health!
