This petition is timeless and deeply personal. Not long ago, my Uncle found himself in a collision with the concrete block situated at the base of the light pole. The severity was such that he was incapacitated and left dealing with significant resultant financial strain. Shortly afterwards, a close friend of mine also fell victim to the same dangerous obstacle. Her impact was severe, resulting in whip lash and equally disruptive financial burdens.

Confounding our grievances is the fact that this concrete block, the source of so much pain and loss, isn't serving any practical purpose—it stands there unused, a silent and hazardous sentinel. With this in mind, I implore the responsible authorities to act decisively and remove the cinder block from our community swiftly.
