Removal of road blocks that were put in at the time of LTNs IE Dryden rd and other blocks

The Issue

  2. This is our best chance of changing the position after the change of council members who are more likely to be behind this petition it's primarily for Dryden rd but for all road restrictions like driving up to Denmark rd Wonford rd etc 
  3. If it doesn't go through this time it's unlikely to have another chance and probably LTNs are pushing for more blocks again
