Far Cry 2 multiplayer servers have recently been shut down, even though they still had a thriving community across all platforms Playstation/Xbox/PC. For a game released in 2008, the community it had of people still playing daily was like nothing else.

Our Far Cry 2 Multiplayer Facebook group has almost 2000 members and we are asking for Ubisoft to seriously consider a remaster of this game for all platforms, with online servers reinstated for the remaster to allow us to continue playing the game we have loved and enjoyed since its release.

A remaster would no doubt bring back the masses who used to play this game back at its peak. We would also love to offer advice on tweaking the games features to make it more user friendly in the event of a remaster, which would ensure an even more consistent amount of players playing daily.

A remaster, along with input from those of us who know the game inside out, would be a profitable move for the developer, Ubisoft Montreal, and would give us access again to the game that we all love. ��
