THE FOOD VAN SITE ON HEATHS ROAD HAS TO MOVE!!

The notorious food van site ‘Desi Chatka’ is located on Healths Road, Werribee which is already one of Werribee’s busiest roads. 
It is situated right across from the Pacific Werribee Shopping centre and next to Chemist Warehouse which only has a some of less then 15 car parks available for people to use for the chemist, the patrons that are attending to the food vans are even going the full lengths to park in Disabled parking at Chemist warehouse while they run next door to pick up food or dine in.
 This is not ok!!
The Local Council is doing absolutely nothing about this even after emailing them with every issue that I have personally encountered myself and witnessed others encounter too!
This food van place is becoming absolutely out of control and it is even becoming a major hazard to not only the people who are visiting Chemist warehouse, but pedestrians walking along the foot path, motorists driving along Heaths Road or anyone visiting the food van site. How this place is still operating in this condition is beyond me, as there has been multiple fist fights as seen on “Wyndham TV”, there is drunk and disorderly people operating motor vehicles after leaving the site as I’ve personally witnessed this on many occasions, major car accidents happening when people are exiting the food van site, even motorists leaving the site almost running pedestrians passing by.
i myself have been verbally abused for simply driving past the place by a patron exiting the site and almost involved in serious collisions.

The locals of Werribee need this site relocated off of Heaths Rd as not only does it cause the above issues but it also causes major congestion along Heaths Rd too, this Road is already known for its traffic, this food site just makes it 10x worse. 
I have emailed the council and got no response as of yet.

So I am starting this petition to bring it forward to Wyndham City Council to get the ball rolling and show that I am not a ‘Nagging Karen’ but that I am not the only person this place is affecting on a daily basis. I wish to show them the expression of common ground myself and the public share on this issue, having this petition will not only be extremely helpful in showing the gravity of the issue but will also bring more exposure the matter that needs to be heard for changes to be made!

My only goal here is to get this food van site/venue relocated off of Heaths Road to make it a safe road to travel down again!
