We, the fanbase of the Miami Dolphins football team have become weary and frustrated with the management decisions of current General Manager Chris Grier and would like to see that he is relieved of duty as General Manager of our team. Though we respect Mr. Grier for the initiative he has taken to create a team set for success and perform the best business decisions for the team, we do not believe that his decisions have delivered the results promised alongside them. Over Mr. Grier’s’ tenure, we have experienced little draft success, with most of our selections not being successful such as Cam Smith in 2023 or Skylar Thompson in 2022, or not staying with the team long enough to make an impact. In addition, many of our valuable draft picks have been traded by Mr. Grier that could have contributed substantially to the elongated future. The result has given us a team higher in age with little ahead for the future. alongside this, an inability to retain younger veterans who are essential to the success of our team such as Christian Wilkins and Robert Hunt have left noticeably damaging holes to our roster that have not been addressed and likely will not under this organization. At ends, we the fanbase do not bear any ill will towards Mr. Grier or his associates, yet feel it is essential to the success of the team that he is removed. We respect the decisions of the team regardless of results, and desire only the continued success of the team we love.
