To update you on my case, in a recent hearing that was held on May 7, 2025 ... my attorneys and I were unsuccessful in our motion to the Judge to reconsider sentencing. Sadly, the Judge found it remarkable that I was doubling down on my innocence and ordered that I go back to jail and serve another year of my original 3 year sentence.

I am now in the process of exhausting my last appeals option with a writ of habeas corpus, and applying for commutation of sentence with the Office of the Governor. My prayer is that I can still find some sort of judicial relief through these efforts, and I am asking that everyone continue to keep this petition alive and strong by sharing with your friends and family.
