Official modding tools for Dawn of War 3

The issue

Now that official support for Dawn of War 3 has been halted, we would like the ability to edit and adapt the game to our liking.

We believe that the release of tools to allow for this would be a benefit to both the fans and Relic and Sega to boost sales.
