In the year 2015 Reliance net connect released data offer with "LIFE TIME VALIDITY", with a free download limit of one GB per month/user, for the existing Dongle purchased at 2014. The Dongle was purchased with INR 1000.00/-. For the data plan up gradation it was payed INR 3001.00/- 

Now Reliance net connect discontinued this the LIFETIME PLAN plan without informing to customer, and asking the customer to pay INR 1500.00/- and and buy a new 4G dongle. I am not ready to pay a single penny here when my existing 3G dongle is in working and healthy condition.

I feel this is a cheating to the customer, and they are playing with customer sentiments. Reliance net is no more a customer friendly network. 

I need your full support in fighting this case and taking to a logical end.
