Mistake can be done by anyone but it doesn't mean you take leverage of it. You can't make the provision that is not ethical with respect to money. Generally if by mistake you have done double recharge on the Reliance Jio. They are not providing the refund/transfer of that amount. Also they are not providing the same benefits of recharge. It is very unprofessional from such big company. You can't take the money into your pocket by this manner. I want they need to change their provision and will provide the resolution to me by refund. All other major service provider it providing the refund in various case. 

I need everyone support because I know many of our people have face the same issue.
