Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Has provided sim to lakhs of users under LYF-JPO  (Jio Preview Offer) stating that users will get Unlimited 4G Data for 90 days from the date of connection activation on purchase of LYF handset. Other mobile brands were added much later but before that reliance have sold huge number of LYF handset by stating that benefits of unlimited call, sms, digital application and 4g data (never mentioned about data speed capping) will be given.

Many users like me have bought a LYF handset and have long validity till November or December (again this one is without daily 4gb data speed capping).

But now with the Welcome Offer launch On 5th September, 2016, RJIL has downgraded all such JPO plan to Welcome Offer which is daily limited to 4GB on 4g speed after that speeds roll down to 128kbps which is not good for anything fun on internet.

We request you to honor your promise of unlimited 4g data (without speed capping) for 90 days and remove welcome offer for all such 90 days jio preview offer users activated before 5th September 2016, who have old connections and activate the welcome offer only when 90 days preview offer has ended for respective user.

Because of the unlimited 90 days preview offer it has benefited sale of various mobile brands and most of it benefited Reliance by sale of LYF handset under 90 Days JPO Offer.

It would be great to hold on to your wording/marketing policy instead of forcing preview offer users to Welcome Offer with daily 4GB limit at 4g speed when they were already promised 90 days Unlimited JPO offer without any Capping of 4GB Data at 4G Speed.
