Jio shouldn't migrate Preview Offer users unless its over!

The Issue

As a LYF device buyer it was stated that preview offer of 3 months has been provided and in which we have all services unlimited but they migrated us to welcome offer in which services are limited. They have backed out their previous policy and left users stuck with speed-cap (FUP) even to the users who purchased device for preview offer.

All those whose preview offer is dropped must be revived, as we have paid for it.

Welcome offer must be carried on after the preview is over.

Sidenote: Jio Customer Care is also barely efficient, most of the time the lines are busy and after waiting for an hour it is our luck whether the users query is attended or not.
