Once upon a time in Phoenix, Arizona there was an up and coming resident DJ at a club called "The Works".  Sadly, that era ended over time and with the closing of that club. However, this DJ, Markus Schulz has gone on to be one of the most respected DJs and Producers in Trance music.  From his signature sound founded at Coldharbour Recordings, his many collaborations including New World Punx​, formation of SMG, and his contributions through his world appeal.  

Granted Markus Schulz has returned to the area to play via club sets, album tours, and other events; however, Arizona has not granted his fans and him the logistics of an extended set or an Open to Close solo set. The trance music and electronic dance music scene has been expanding in Arizona as well as the United States.  This can be accomplished through faith and ingenuity.
