Hello all! I'm doing this petition to help the love of my life who's an innocent man be released for something he did not do! Tyren Thomas was arrested in June 2023 off of hearsay, he has now been sitting in Washington county jail waiting for a trial! During this time, his representation denied him the right, to bond, to a discovery and they are also possibly close to violating his speedy trial rights! We are expecting a baby in September and he now has to miss the birth of his first child due to this unfortunate event! After having representation for 18 days, his lawyer did not once help him with any motions he asked for, did not create a defence and also would not visit him or return his phone calls! Washington county is actually in a lawsuit right now due to a lot of inmates rights being violated! Washington county is extremely racist and just wanted to solve this case from three years ago, so they chose a man that had a run in with him 8 years ago, but in the run in my man was the victim! This man is innocent and he just wants to be with his family and be a father! Holding a man off of hearsay is not enough to prove that Tyren is the suspect, especially when this informant is being inconsistent!
