At the Plaza Hotel when Kevin does a cannon ball into the pool, his swim trunks are clearly on when you see him submerged, then suddenly they pan to the shorts floating in the water. Always thought that was a funny inconsistency in filming and maybe it was edited a scene out of the film.

What’s also interesting to me is that the Plaza doesn’t even have a pool!
