Kanye West visited the White House and recommended Larry Hoover for clemency who is serving a life sentence in ADX. These events have increased hope for the possibility of release for my client, Dr. Malachi York, who has had a clemency application on file with the Department of Justice in addition to this online petition since mid 2016.

York has changed countless lives in prison since his incarceration 16 years ago. Inmates who would once hate each other because of the color of their skin or ideology are now seeing through the eyes of a more clean, righteous knowledge of self and the world around us.
