Greetings York Freedom Fighters, Amidst rumors a Clemency Application was never filed, I am pleased to see the DOJ has formally confirmed receipt of Dr. York's Clemency application. Between 2016 and 2017, I submitted 3 packages to the White House during the Obama Administration and the Trump Administration has not denied or rejected the application, which is good news! In fact, a final package will be sent to the White House with all the information I have obtained in the case that is relevant to the Clemency during the past year, which is indeed voluminous. I know the road has been long and arduous, but we can't give up! It grieved me beyond words to lose the medical litigation because we were further than ever before and put so much into it. I know there is discouragement, but we can't stop fighting for and supporting Dr. York's freedom. At his request, we are always hard at work on foreign and US remedies, as well as administrative remedies against the prison for mistreatment and violations of his rights. Sending high vibrations for all those on the front line of Dr. York's freedom fight is surely appreciated.
