Greetings All, I know it has been a while since I posted. The medical litigation against the Bureau of Prisons has evolved to the point that we have deposed several BOP officials, which has taken all of my time. Dr. York's legal matters are complex as all know, but don't forget we still have the Clemency application pending, which means any day we could get the word that his Clemency has been granted!! A great deal of heart and soul went into the three packages we submitted to the Pardon Attorney and White House, so please keep sending good vibrations for the Clemency being granted!
