The Home Owners feel that the Board for Bedico Creek has not been transparent in the management of funds and have therefore misused the funds on ventures that the community feels are unnecessary.

We, the residents of Bedico Creek Subdivision in Madisonville, Louisiana, are hereby requesting release of the financial books for the HOA in question. As stated in the bylaws, we are required to obtain a request from majority of the subdivision for the financial books to be be released to its members, and we would like this information  within 30 days. We are also requesting the following from Bedico Creek Management:

- An outside CPA to audit all of the financial transactions made by the HOA.

- Financial Reports

- Annual Budget Summary Report

- Reserves Summary

- Vendor Contracts

- Board meeting agenda and minutes

- HOA membership lists

- HOA tax returns 

- Governing Documents

- HOA rule changes or amendments 

- Plans for capital improvement projects
