Three weeks ago Nicole woke up and let her two dogs outside to go toilet to be greeted by Animal Control from NP District Council at her gate, he demanded to take her dogs accusing them of mauling a cat earlier that morning.  The dogs were then accused of mauling cats over Christmas but Nicole wasn't at home while this happened.  The maulings are still happening, yet her two dogs have been in the pound for 3 weeks. Nicole has only just gotten a date of the incidents to which she replied with proof she was travelling out of town on that day!  After all this evidence the council has now turned around and said it happened at 3:00am, Nicole's dogs sleep inside and there is no way they were outside when this happened.  The Council have no evidence, they illegally entered her property and took her dogs.  Nicole has been to see her babies every day and is devastated they are now facing another 6 weeks in the pound before a court hearing.  Nicole is 5 months pregnant and is facing difficulties with the pregnancy, she had a premature labour at 6 months with her first baby and the stress of this ordeal is taking its toll, she is 6 months next week and we have to get her two dogs out as its breaking her heart and risking the life of her unborn baby!  Please please share and sign and help us get this wrong doing right.!  Its not just two dogs at risk, its an unborn baby, the police don't want to know about it, they even hung up the phone call when contacted, council wont provide any evidence just keep racking up the pound bill and its time to end this drama and reunite this family.
