Release Ralphie, the Misunderstood Dog, from Police Kennels

Release Ralphie, the Misunderstood Dog, from Police Kennels
The Issue
Ralphie is more than just a dog; he's a cherished member of our family. Despite his friendly nature towards humans, he has been unfairly labeled as dangerous and out of control by the police due to some unfortunate altercations with other dogs. These incidents were not unprovoked; they occurred after Ralphie himself was bitten.
Ralphie's owners have taken responsible measures to ensure public safety by using a muzzle and maintaining strict control over him in public spaces. However, these efforts have been overlooked and instead, Ralphie has been confined to police kennels.
It is important to note that according to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), labeling a dog as 'dangerous' based on specific incidents or certain breeds can be misleading. The AVMA states that it is not accurate or helpful to point out particular breeds as 'dangerous' or 'vicious' when discussing dog bites or attacking behaviors (Source: AVMA).
We believe that every creature deserves fair treatment and understanding. We urge the authorities involved in this case to reconsider their decision about Ralphie’s fate based on his individual circumstances rather than general assumptions about canine behavior.
Please sign this petition if you believe in justice for all creatures big and small - let's help bring Ralphie back home where he belongs!
