Why this petition matters

During an interview on Radio 538 with Martin Garrix, he told Coen and Sander that the collaboration with Ed Sheeran known as "Rewind Repeat It" will most likely not be released due to the two labels, STMPD RCRDS & Atlantic Records not being able to agree on a release date.

“It's all label issues and a lot of headaches,” Garrix says. “It was going to be an official track, so we postponed all my other singles, but the label delayed the track because they wanted to release other tracks from Ed first. At one point, it was two years ago, I didn't release a radio single for five, six months. So, then you get annoyed. So, I don't think we're ever going to release the track.”

This is now down to the fate of the fans wanting the song to be released; if we show enough love surely there could be a possible chance! (No promises!)

Martin Garrix has had global success with his singles, his most recent being "Scared To Be Lonely (feat. Dua Lipa)". He also scored success with "Animals" "Don't Look Down (feat. Usher)" and "In The Name Of Love (feat. Bebe Rexha)". Ed Sheeran has had more of a success with his songs, including "Sing" "Thinking Out Loud" and "Photograph". His 2017 album, Divide, stormed the UK Global Top 50 Chart on Spotify. There is really nothing to loose both sides - the song would be a global success, as both Ed and Martin have a MASSIVE fanbase!
