We petition the Universal Music Group (UMG) to renegotiate rights for master tapes and studio recordings to Alan Sparhawk of the band Low for the following Low band recordings, b-sides, and studio sessions originally released on Vernon Yard Recordings:

"I Could Live in Hope" (1994)

"Long Division" (1995)

"Transmission" (1996)

"The Curtain Hits the Cast" (1996)

"OWL (Low Remixed)" (1998)

The recordings were released over 25 years ago and Low (Alan Sparhawk) has not been able to reissue this part of their catalog to their satisfaction.
