Today, March 20, 2023, the Prosecution presented its last witness, Joel Baligod who described his involvement in drug trafficking inside the National Bilibid Prison through his group, the Batang City Jail. He did not implicate Sen. Leila de Lima at any time in his testimony prompting the defense not to cross  examine him. Instead, the defense filed its motion for bail which is expected to be decided by the court in the next couple of weeks. #FreeLeilaNow
