Due to technical difficulties, the 22-minute version of episode 3 has the originally filmed opening scene replaced with the opening scene of episode 2. This is the reason why the Wiggles decided to refilm the opening scene of episode 3 for episode 20, both 11-minute and 22-minute versions. This is what I'm trying to prove to you guys. And you haven't noticed anything different in this refilmed version of the opening scene of episode 3.
