HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I is not just an album; it is a monumental cultural work that defined the 90s. We believe that such a masterpiece deserves a physical release that honors its original vision. Currently, the market is saturated with picture disc editions, which, while visually striking, significantly compromise the sonic fidelity of the recordings. Many listeners and audiophiles are eager to enjoy the original 1995 sound quality, free from the surface noise typically associated with the picture disc format.

Furthermore, we respectfully request that any future vinyl release includes the original booklet. Michael Jackson’s vision for HIStory was a 360-degree artistic experience: music, lyrics, and high-quality photography were designed to be experienced together. Excluding the original booklet fragments the integrity of the work and leaves the collector experience incomplete.

There is a significant and active market for a high-quality, 'audiophile-grade' (180g) standard black vinyl edition that respects the original packaging. We are not just looking for a product; we are looking for a tribute to an essential piece of music history.
