As many of you parents with children in United Independent School District already know, the district has sent out a notice to all parents informing that uniforms will be required for the 2022-23 school year. We all expected uniforms to be re-implemented eventually. However, with the current inflation, most parents don't have the luxury of purchasing two separate wardrobes for their children while also stressing about increase in food, gas, insurance, utilities, etc. Please sign this petition, so we can show UISD how many parents and families are against requiring school uniforms for the upcoming school year.
