Support the Rejuvenation of Lewisham Park Playground!

The playground is in the wonderful Lewisham Park but in desperate need of a complete overhaul to make it a safe, imaginative and destination play area. We would love your support for the project in general - and also to improve our case for support in our funding applications. Our recent survey of local residents and children found that:

49% don’t have access to a private garden
92% would like to see and improved playground in Lewisham Park
75% would like improved swings
65% would like an adventure playground
65% would like huts or forts
65% would like a lower and higher basketball hoop
60% of Year 6 would like a Zip Wire
51% would like more seated areas with tables
48% would like an improved surface under the table tennis area

The fundraising is being organised by Lewisham Park (Crescent) Residents' Association and supported by St Mary’s Lewisham CE Primary School, Lewisham Hospital Children’s Department, The Village Nursery Ladywell, Young Muslim Academy and the informal users group, Friends of Lewisham Park.
