Lake County Planning Commission voted last night to defer the vote on a request by the petitioner for a Recreational Special Exception use permit until Wednesday November 15th 2023.  If they vote at that time it moves to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meeting at 6pm.  At that time comments from the public are welcome.  So please come if you value peace and quiet in our community and agree that a professional motorcross track is not an appropriate use for land zoned Agricultural Rural Residential.
