Anderson Reserve Phase II comes back to be voted on March 12th. Please sign new petition.

We have now received postcards that Anderson County Planning & Development has scheduled a public hearing for Anderson Reserve Phase II for Tuesday March 12, 2024 at the Historic Courthouse.

We need for you to sign this new petition shared below and we need people to turn out and sign up to speak against this proposal.  It was voted down in December because of our turnout, concerns and your signatures. 

There is a hidden slave graveyard on the property, and as far as anyone knows, they have not done any work to find it and propose what to do about it.  It would be a shame if they bulldozed over those graves and scatter bones of ancestors to our local citizens.
