Is this a done deal?

Seems like the developer doesn't know that this is rual Pendleton/Anderson. I bet they'll do a name swap after they get approval from Anderson County Planning Commission. Show up on Tuesday to speak. They only let you speak for 3 minutes. Work out what you want to say. I'll bring some bullet points for you to supplement anything you want to say. But come early and meet your neighbors. Since AnMed and this developer don't want to meet with us, this is our only opportunity to get it denied at this time. Let's all talk beforehand to unite and get this denied. I know they'll come back later if denied. Bring a lot of people and get above 20 people to speak and we may have a chance. A lot of you know my mother, Madge Hix. She owns the majority of land that fronts this property on Fant's Grove Circle. I am sorry to day that she passed away this past Sunday at home. She loved sitting on her front porch and watching the birds, nature, and her neighbors passing up and down the road. She knew most your cars, and if she didn't she would always ask "who is that car? Her family is coming out Tuesday night to oppose this subdivision, and we'll lay her to rest Wednesday at Fant's Grove Baptist church. We appreciate all your support to get this denied. My name is Stanley Hix, one of her seven children.
